Fixing various smaller issues

This PR addresses a couple of minor issues, each of which I prepared in its own branch, but having one combined PR may be easier:

• Fixes Error in rbind(deparse.level, ...) in g.report.part5  #1002: When part 5 milestone data does not have consistent number of columns this causes an error. My fix adds a warning to inform that user what the cause could be, but also it tries to more intelligently initialise the column names to avoid this issue.
• Fixes Enhance "NotWorn" option for the HASPT.algo argument #1011: Revise NotWorn algorithm because it relied on the 10th percentile in the distribution of counts which is not informative if the night is full with zeros.
• Fixes Add new cut-point by Bammann 2021 to cut-points vignette #1015: Cut-point vignette expanded with Bammann cut-points. note that I ignored the vigorous cutpoints for the ankle as the results presented are inconsistent between male and female, which is suspicious. For moderate cutpoint I am taking the average of male and female as I do not see clear justification for splitting them.
• Fixes Visualreport cannot handlerecordings with zero valid days + visualreport_without_invalid = TRUE #1016: Code was not able to handle recordings with only invalid days and argument visualreport_without_invalid = TRUE
