The only change in this version is an update to function heatMapPAM in order to fix the issue of lossing tip labels when scaling colours in the heat map. Thanks to K. L. for raising this problem.

This update can be installed from file GeneMates_0.2.3.tar.gz using R function install.packages or RStudio.

Version 0.2.1

This version comprises a major update and enhancement to GeneMates, including a new model used for spatiotemporal analysis and some name changes in accordance with our manuscript of GeneMates. This version has been tested with the data set that is accessible under the directory Example.

First public release

The first formal release of GeneMates (version 0.1, patch 5). This is a stable version achieving all aims of this project. The binary package was compiled on a Win10 machine (AMD 64-bit CPU).
