Pypi update

Fixes a bug with release 2.0 that caused some source files to be missing from Pypi

Project Renamed to kimchi

As the name pump was taken by another project on pypi, the project shall henceforth be known as 'kimchi'. A play on name of the built-in pickle serializer.
