TUXEDO Backlight Control v0.6

- On Arch Linux everything works EXCEPT launching the command "backlight ui" from the console. 
  This will be adressed in the next release
- Still looking for someone to test the RPM package

Note: the Red hat package in the releases here is experimental, hasn't been tested.
Note: You cannot use the UI widget without display manager, but sessions without display manager (like openbox) can still use the backlight <command>CLI. This is a limitation of policykit.
