Time Series package from the MATH4560H Spring/Summer course, 2017.
This package will consist of team-implemented algorithms from Brockwell & Davis' Time Series text (Springer GTS), and serve as a framework for teaching students to a) implement packages in R; and, b) use git as a version control system.
