  1. Add support for pane swapping in Key Assignment and Lua API. 

    Adds a couple of variants:
- SwapActivePaneDirection / tab:swap_active_pane_direction
  analogous to ActivatePaneDirection.
- SwapActivePaneByIndex / tab:swap_active_pane_by_index
  analogous to ActivatePaneByIndex.
