Minor release with enhanced XP notebook filtering

Improvements in example notebook no. 5, Working with XP spectra, significantly enhancing the veracity of the template spectrum search via a s/n filter and excluding contaminated spectra.

New minor release 1.0.2 of notebooks

Enhanced versions of some of the notebooks, particularly example 5. "Working with XP spectra"; for convenience an additional subfolder contains IPython compatible versions of the notebooks so they can be previewed in Jupyter.
