This doesn't seem right. I think you meant to change casings of states only and not of attribute names?

If so, I didn't understand it from the issue and the PR. I thought this was about changing attribute values that are states like rtl and rtl rather than attribute names like dir.

Speaking of "rtl" I assumed the proper capitalization would be "RTL" and not "Rtl" as a strict interpretation of the instructions would've implied.
