Feat/add tiny8 support

Description

This PR makes following changes

• Update the existing TinyMCE 7 editor package to ensure compatibility with TinyMCE 8.

• Update the documentation to reflect that the TinyMCE 7 package now also supports TinyMCE 8.

• Create a new demo for the TinyMCE 8 editor.

• Update the CI workflow to automatically build and deploy an online TinyMCE 8 editor demo with MathType integration.
