There were some issues noticed when moving files between different volumes, so the
moveattachment handler has been updated to handle such cases.Also, sometimes a composite extension is necessary for an attachment, such as 'ui.viewhierarchy.tar.gz', because it should be unpacked as 'ui.viewhierarchy' in the end. Otherwise, the OS might not recognize it properly. Therefore, we will be preserving long extensions.
