This directly addresses Issue #15
I have completed the code for Titanic-KNN, generated and saved an output file called '/titanic/predictions-ann.csv'.
Since there was no way to configure the arguments of KNN (no. of neighbours, etc.) due to unavailability of the correct labels, I did not adjust the hyperparameters.
