There is the bug https://github.com/greenplum-db/gpbackup-s3-plugin/issues/61 in s3 plugin version 1.10.1. Rollback to previous version.
And rename function for warn message about failed backups.
Pin alpine 3.18. See See mattn/go-sqlite3#1164 (comment).

1.10.0version of the gpbackup-s3-plugin. There is a bug in version `1.10.1 https://github.com/greenplum-db/gpbackup-s3-plugin/issues/61.3.18golang image for the builder.
