We might want to wait for this PR to be merged so that if the packages are rebuilt we'll pick up the new dependency.

Looking at this some more I realized a couple of things:

the texinfo package didn't provide the info binary to read those docs texinfo: add ncurses-dev as a dep so the info command builds #34412
melange should also add a build-dep on texinfo if necessary - add a dependency on texinfo or man-db as appropriate chainguard-dev/melange#1654
