Description

Enables the feature flag for product creation v2 milestone 3.

Testing steps

• Log in to a store eligible for Jetpack AI.
• Navigate to the Products tab > + > Create product with AI.
• Tap on the text field to enter product features.
• Confirm that a colored progress bar and guidance text appear to help you enter product features.
• Enter product features and smoke test that product generation works as expected.
