Description
Add a new integration test to ApplicationPatchTest which depends on testUpdateAdvancedConfiguration. Test update the name of the application and asserts whether trusted app configurations remain unchanged.
Purpose
This integration test ensures that when trusted app configurations are updated, they remain unchanged even if a value in the general or protocol tab is modified.
