PostgreSQL query log

As of version 1.6.0, request-log-analyzer supports parsing PostgreSQL query logs. In most cases, this file format will be auto-detected. Use --format postgresql to instruct r-l-a to parse a file as a PostgreSQL query log if the auto-detect mechanism fails.
