Add home page illustration and corresponding Open Graph image. Also:

  • Remove unused separator images
  • Add the X-GOV.UK favicon
  • Use the X-GOV.UK brand colour for the timeline component
  • Increase the page width to match other X-GOV.UK project sites
  • Use the new typography scale
