Missing KeePass "Application Icon" on left of Title Bar when KeeTheme is enabled.

Often not immediately, but shortly after enabling KeeTheme - the KeePass "Application Icon" on the left of the Title bar disappears.

For example, by default:

Then immediately after enabling KeeTheme:

And then after restarting KeePass:

Wondering if e582746 is related to a potential fix for this at all?

Windows 11. Happening on latest KeePass 2.55 and KeeTheme 0.10.4.0 - but is not a new issue, and has been happening for at least the past year or more across multiple updates of everything.

I confirm that the icon is missing using the official 0.10.2, and that is visible using the 0.10.2 from my fork: https://github.com/davidegiacometti/KeeTheme/releases/tag/0.10.2

@xatupal I have noticed that you have recently shipped new releases.
Would you mind taking a look at this e582746?

It will also fix #76 and #81
