⭐ Feature
✏️ Description:
This Pull Request will not be merged. The "open" gesture has been disabled due to the lack of a corresponding Halloween image. A global variable in config.dart has been created to specify whether the application should run with Halloween filters enabled or not. Additionally, Halloween gesture images have been added instead of using text emojis.
