If the original input is disabled and 'honorDisabled' configuration property is set to true (false by default), the tags input is no longer interactive and tags can not be removed.

Added a configuration option
honorDisabled, that when set totrue(falseby default) prevents the generated tags input from being interactive (no "fake input" created) and prevents tags from being removed if the original input is disabled.
