How to start UI

1. Install Visual Studio Code

2. Delete node_modules if exists

3. Click File -> Open Folder.... Select hr-ui folder

4. Enter command npm install in the terminal. You can use SHIFT + ~ to open the terminal

5. Enter command npm start.Default port: localhost:4200.Use ng serve --port XXXX for another port
