Passing the integer value of the operator resulted in the item not being properly selected in the form view. This fixes this.

Switch drupal/typogrify patch to local version
Because we have muiltiple places where Categories could be used, we don't want to specify that such that it's not misleading that this doesn't apply to the Jakala added filters.
fix(views-text): Change any/all text to not include category
Jakala relies on a patch that allows multiple views exposed filters to apply solely on the view that initiated it. Unfortunately, this resulted in issues with the media filter not functioning properly and providing an access denied on filter. For now, we will remove this for release while Jakala determines a new patch that could accomodate both situations.
