Main thing is there's a ConnectomeReader for shared functions
I've consolidated Witvliet into a single class with the main methods
I've added matrix views of a subset of neurons at the botton of the notebook
Be sure to merge this in, do a fresh
pip install .and test the notebook, before making any more of your own changes
