Fix docsite generation for SbPlayer functions (#2905)

Noticed that SbPlayerCreate and SbPlayerSeek functions were missing
from:

https://developers.google.com/youtube/cobalt/docs/reference/starboard/modules/player

turns out to be simply additional spaces in the comments.
