  • Deprecate parameter name gene to symbol in gene / allele symbol standardization functions
  • Deprecate parameter suppress_warnings in favour of log_failures in all functions where this parameter is used
  • Both above deprecations are soft deprecations for backwards compatibility, breaking changes will only come in next major release
