This repository provides Packer build configuration to automate the build of a CentOS 7.0 x86_64 Vagrant box (VirtualBox) with the Zabbix server and agent installed and preconfigured.
- Install and configure Oracle VirtualBox
- Install and configure Vagrant
- Install and configure Packer
The first build will download the CentOS 7.0 x86_64 Minimal ISO from the configured mirror URL.
- Update the
iso_urldirective and thevariablessection inpacker- zabbix.jsonto match your requirements (ignore the version variables as they are overridden by theMakefile) - Ensure the
timezone,urlandrepodirectives are appropriate for your region infiles/anaconda-ks-7.0.cfg - Set the desired Zabbix version using the
ZBX_VER_*variables inMakefile - Simply run
maketo build the Vagrant box
