수정할 부분 아직 조금 있는데(많은데) 우선 구현된 곳 까지 PR 올려봅니다..
기존에 spring-security 의존성있던데 지금 코드에선 사용안하고 구현해서 일단 제거해뒀습니다
다음에 적용할 때 다시 의존성 추가할게요
+) RefreshToken 어떻게 관리할건지 얘기나눠보면 좋을 것 같아용
