It seems that the official teavm repository is on bintray. This commit sets up the teavm bintray repository and switches the version to the current latest on bintray (0.7.0-dev-1087) Also handles the incompatible changes: - minifying became obfuscated - unified heap size setup became separeted to min and max

Feel free to reject this. This is just a suggestion, because it seems that all releases will be available on bintray for TeaVM. I asked on the gitter channel whether is bintray the official repo (https://gitter.im/teavm/Lobby). |

Bintray is deprecated as of May 1st, 2021. It would be pointless to switch to it now. This can be closed now. |
