Implement a new table system based on
tabularrayfor LaTeX rendering, to solve some bugs and make tables work with TeXLive >2020.This PR will require changes on the template (I will open a PR in the upcoming days), do not merge until they are done.
I am expecting this PR, even after careful reviewing (which I intend to do), to raise some new bugs in ZMarkdown. It will likely require some bugfix versions before being stable.
