Unless I missed something, the water shader is basically untouched bar the changed specular and a tonemapping pass at the end. I just updated it to use the 0.49 version of the water shader instead, this also means dynamic ripples now work.
Formatting is probably scuffed because I copied from notepad++ to the github editor instead of going through and setting up source control.
