The (relatively recent) tarball we relied on was deleted from ziglang.org a few days ago, so the
check-mirrorsjob has been failing since then. That means we need to upgrade to the new master build. Unfortuantely,std.httpis currently seriously regressed on Zig master, so this PR doesn't actually work yet. This fix is therefore blocked on ziglang/zig#24698. That PR being merged will require some more changes to the HTTP client usage here.
