This pull request includes changes to the pyproject.toml file. The changes primarily involve updates to the dependencies of the project. The bellows package was updated from version 0.39.0 to 0.39.1 and the zigpy package was updated from version 0.64.0 to 0.64.1. The order of the dependencies was also rearranged.

Key changes:

  • pyproject.toml: Updated the version of bellows from 0.39.0 to 0.39.1 and zigpy from 0.64.0 to 0.64.1. The order of dependencies was also rearranged.
