* [chunithm] Update to LUMINOUS PLUS Final

This also adds a level 15+ folder to the LUMINOUS PLUS/Omnimix tables.
It will not be added to the international table until Forsaken Tale
releases there.

* add luminous+ omnimix

* massive table cleanup

- LUMINOUS PLUS is now n-1
- SUN PLUS is already n-3, and it will be reactivated when MYTH updates
- international is now on LUMINOUS PLUS

* switch to lumi+ being the default table

* oops

* sort seeds

* add search terms

* update intl seeds to 2024-12-12

* sort the version list
