Added gpt-4-0125-preview as a model option (#521)

* Added gpt-4-0125-preview as a model option * Upped the token limit to 128000 as per https://platform.openai.com/docs/models/gpt-4-and-gpt-4-turbo * reverted token length to 4096 --------- Co-authored-by: Jing Hua <[email protected]>
