What's changed

• improvement: Brew Active sensor is more reliable and will now turn off correctly for brews longer than 5s
• added operation mode to water_heater entities (boilers)
• separated state and operation mode of the water heaters. That means the steam boiler will now be in state "Off" while the machine is off. Whether it is enabled or disabled is represented by its operation mode. The switches didn't change.
