This PR introduces skeleton loading states while project data is being fetched, improving the user experience by:

  • Adding a RepoSkeleton component for loading placeholders
  • Implementing loading states
  • Maintaining consistent layout during the loading phase

The skeleton UI matches the final layout to prevent layout shifts when data loads.

- Add RepoSkeleton component for loading animations

- Implement UnoCSS animations for smooth loading transitions
- Add proper loading fallback UI with skeleton cards
