Model Configuration Figures

Might need to change the all model components image, just for consistency purposes.
Have bidirectional arrow in connected the components images.
Could remove the connection between the chemistry and aerosols, as we are not yet clear about the relationship between them.
ACCESS-AM also include the aerosols component. And they should be in the same design.
On the hive, we have a shared folder for all images. And the images should be the same for all the websites.
Would not use photoshop and vectors are much easier to modify.
Should also have a vector file somewhere in the SharePoint.
Natalia has a powerpoint file for the images, but Davide suggested that powerpoint could be easier to use, however it might be the best option to use.
We need two folders and one for images - done ready to be used, and one for vectors - for changing the images.
Every image comes from a blueprint or design and we might need to have a design.

External reviewers

Someone outside of ACCESS-NRI and someone who is informally related to us, we should be engaging to those people.
Might just include the points in the email and by next Wednesday. Think about how do we want to do it and can you please look at this.
We have many things to do but we might be close and looking at the mid-August early launch and the first week of August.
Contacting two of the people and including that in the third week of August.
Top 5 external reviewers and we could aim for 3 replying external reviews.

Hive Icons

Two icons have been designed by the designer - for the user support, working groups and hive forum.
Send the new hive icons in the slack channel and people could comment on these ones.
User support icons to be decided by user support team.
Forecasting and earth system modelling are to be decided the working groups team.
May be the new logos need some changes, for instance, changing the hive logo icons.

Pitch of Hive

We need a meeting how to pitch the ACCESS-Hive and we might need a meeting for that in this week or next week.
May be Tuesday/Wednesday next week, we could schedule a meeting for pitching the hive. Martin, Kelsey would be also be present.
If Kelsey is back on Monday, we can set the agenda for Thursday on Monday.

Others

Max suggested on the slack channel suggested to have road map, and we might need some discussion for more people.
Aiden could be having another SkillShare for user support model.

Slack Comments

For the orange color in dark mode, and create a deployment and both modes both have orange color.
Discussing the acknowledgement could be a point of 5 mins discussion in the skill share.
For "getting started", we received some ideas in the meeting, and might just go with them.
For the Romain's review, might need to discuss the model evaluation and diagnostics resources - could be a bigger discussion. Might need to find a good proper discussion for this one.
Decide upon the ACCESS-Hive community forum shorted form - Hive forum or community forum etc.
For the highlightings, we can remove those from the headings.
For the toc responsiveness, will have that issue in the backlog for the future.
Have circles for representing the components, - for Jasmeen.
We might need to decide upon the images.

Action Items

Brainstorm ways of enhancing the model component image.
Two was arrows and add aerosols in the AM component. Fix the arrows in the images to be cleaner as discussed in the meeting. Have different layers for each component possibly <-- Jasmeen.
