Requalification process
Was "recertification" but I think the terms "qualification" ("kvalifikation")and "requalification" ("återkvalificering") are better:
- qualification communicates that someone must be qualified: someone has achieved and met the requirements in order to obtain the qualification
- avoids the word "certification" because this has a specific legal meaning in Sweden
(This is a work in progress. Feedback is most welcome!)
In order to ensure that all SHF members are maintaining the standards of membership
and to ensure that the the SHF H-Branding remains a valuable signal of high standards,
SHF needs to periodically requalify members.
Members qualify for membership by providing proof that they meet and abide by the SHF standards
(TBD)
As a SHF member, I need to provide proof that I have fulfilled all of the "non payment" requirements for SHF Membership .
TODO: need a term or phrase for 'all of those requirements aside from payment'
Remove the pay membership button when a membership has lapsed.
As a user whose membership has lapsed, in order to be able to renew I need to upload a file (any of currently allowed for MA is fine) before I can pay my membership fee.
So: Upload a file to display "pay membership" - button.
Admin side (less important): List all uploaded files by member with an option of mark as checked/done Archive or change gui somehow when checked off to somewhere that leaves a trace so that one can go back and see what was uploaded from member X at that time.
- Show history of files uploaded by a Member
As a user (member?) whose membership has lapsed (and thus is no longer a member in good standing),
in order to be able to requalify:
- I need to upload a file (any of currently allowed for MA is fine) and have it marked as checked/done before I can pay my membership fee.
As an admin,
so that I can see what files need to be reviewed
I need to be able to see all of the files uploaded by a user or member
and see which files have already been reviewed (and when and my whom?)
and which files have been marked as .... (reviewed and marked ok as valid for qualifying)
- see a list of all uploaded files by member with a checkbox (checked) if a file has been reviewed and OK'd
