As per the title, the graph showing number of samples per each date only shows samples up to 2021

Its not really outdated, just that the showed date is "sequencing_date", which is not mandatory and therefore many samples do not have the field. Should we change what is being shown here @saramonzon ?

It should be "received_date", the date that the sample was submitted to the platform. What do you think?
