  1. build(sdk-coin-xrp): update ripple libs 

    BREAKING CHANGE: explainTransaction for XRP transactions now computes
a different transaction hash than previous versions. This is because
xrpl 2.x uses different hash prefixes for computing signed and
unsigned transaction hashes
