Alpha v0.1.0

This is an alpha release of the PMC crawler. It takes as input a list of authors, either from a local Excel spreadsheet or via a Smartsheet sheet ID and prompts for a start and end date for which to gather publications. Once the inputs have been provided, it crawls Pubmed Central (PMC) for publications, producing reports in a variety of formats (a PDF, Word Document, Markdown, and an Excel spreadsheet).
