Image Type Unsupported Walkaround
There are multiple types of images are supported in Classifai:

We also realize that there are still some of the image types that are not supported by us yet, such as Gif and Webp.

You can identify from the extensions of the file.

If the unsupported type has the wrong extension. Such as: img.jpg has a EXIF metadata of Webp. Classifai will send you a message and download the list of image names for you to identify.
