This project involves the analysis of a telecommunications company's customer churn data. The goal is to understand the factors contributing to customer churn and to develop strategies to improve customer retention.
A comprehensive dashboard has been created using Power BI to visualize the churn analysis. The dashboard provides detailed insights into various aspects of the data, including:
- Churn Analysis: Overview of customer churn rates and trends over time.
- Age Details: Breakdown of customer age groups and their respective churn rates.
- Contracts: Analysis of customer contracts and their impact on churn.
- Extra Charges: Examination of additional charges and their correlation with customer churn.
The dataset used in this project is from a telecommunications company. It includes various customer details such as demographic information, contract details, payment information, and churn status.
