Purpose of change
I already added an immersive text descriptor sidebar, but having a specific number is good too for people who want that.
Describe the solution
Add another ruach sidebar element, this one displaying the exact numerical amoount of ruach you have, the max you can have, and the number of days your current ruach will last you
Sadly it does require a recurrence: 1 EoC to set the values it draws from, but I set that to turn off if you're not a lilit so it shouldn't matter to anyone else.
