Builds are currently broken due to gohugoio/hugo#13147 - latest release did not include all assets so the build action can't find the tarball to install. |

This PR includes all code for the new CMS structure we want to migrate the project to. Currently included is the code needed for dynamically creating articles in the new CMS.
