Note that this release contains changes to the FamDB file included with RepeatMasker. TETools now contains a minimal installation of FamDB intended to allow the programs that rely on it to function, but nothing more. Additional installation of FamDB files (as described in the README) will be necessary for any operations that depend on Dfam data. dfam-tetools.sh has been updated to assist with running the container with external libraries.

Additionally, this version of TETools does not have complete arm64 architecture compatibility. RMBlast and the UCSC tools specifically will not work.
