Here you can find the relevant information to start getting acquainted with the project. As its name suggests, spectnetide is an integrated development environment (IDE) for examining existing ZX Spectrum apps and games — and, of course, for developing new apps. It works within the Visual Studio 2017 IDE (and, yes, it supports the free Community Edition, too).

Note: This project is in an early stage of development. Its components are rather in a proof-of-concept phase than close to a stable release. Nonetheless, with your active contribution, it has a better chance to reach the desired stability sooner.
