[MIGRATE] HowTo Scouts
iPhone users: Make sure your camera is set to "Most compatible" and not "High Efficiency"
- Go to the Scoutradioz website
- Choose your team/organization
- Click on Log In and sign in with your team/org password, then select your name & sign in
If you've been assigned teams to pit scout, you'll see a "dashboard" with your Pit Scouting assignments (and scroll down for your upcoming Match Scouting assignments).
Note: If you are not in the Pit Scouting assignments (you're a team member who was added in later; or a parent helping out; etc.), you'll see an "Unassigned" page. Click into One-off Match Scouting and note where your name is on the schedule of teams and matches.
- Orange buttons indicate pit scouting still needs to be done
- Click the button to go into the Pit Scouting form
- Grey buttons are where a pit scouting survey has been submitted (but you can click on the button to go in and edit it if needed)
Scrolling down you'll see the schedule of which matches you're assigned to scout.
Usually you'll be assigned matches in blocks of 5, or blocks of 3, etc. Depending on the number of scouts in the rotation some blocks of assignments (or breaks) may be longer than others. When you have a break, keep an eye on when you need to be back and ready to scout again!
- Red and Blue buttons indicate match scoring for that team number in that match. The color corresponds to which alliance that team will be on.
- Click the button to go into the Match Scoring form
- Grey buttons are where a match scoring survey has been submitted. As the underlying FIRST data is updated from TBA completed matches will be hidden. (But while they're visibile, you can click on the button to go in and edit a submission if needed)
Sometimes folks want to help out and/or need to cover for teammates.
