Gumtree Project Overview

Project Structure

The Gumtree Project is an open source project hosted on the Github website. It is financially sponsored by the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO), for its use on a number of neutron scattering instruments under the OPAL research reactor.

The development of Gumtree follows the agile principle: "release early, release often", where stable release of the software is delivered every couple of weeks for public testing and review.
