SWT_AWT bridge on Mac OS X
To run the SWT AWT binding correctly on Mac OS X with JVM 5.0 (or above), you need to install the patch from ADC: http://developer.apple.com/.
Readme: http://adcdownload.apple.com/Java/swt_compatibility_libraries_for_j2se_5.0_release_4/swtcompatibilityreadme.html
Tips: SWT_AWT.newFrame() should be called before calling any Swing/AWT related component to ensure the AWT thread is always available.
